About

The Point Vision Track takes you to the highest accessible summit on the Asbestos Ranges, at 370 metres, be prepared for spectacular views.

Experienced walkers will enjoy this route along a clearly marked fire trail. The challenging inclines make way for glorious views across Narawntapu and the distant ranges. Make sure you take the time to stop and enjoy the views both coastal and inland.

The walk commences at Springlawn Visitor Centre, before progressing to the foothills of the Asbestos Ranges where the fire trail starts.  This will take you through a variety of vegetation types including Eucalyptus amygdalina coastal forest and woodland, and areas of tall wet Eucalyptus obliqua forest. The terrain to the forested summit can sometimes be rough and steep.
