November 2025 – Draft Concept Plan
The Parks and Wildlife Service engaged landscape architects, Inspiring Place, to develop a concept plan that protects the site’s significant cultural and natural values, while ensuring facilities and infrastructure can sustainability accommodate current and future use of the area.
A draft concept plan has been created, incorporating input regarding constraints, opportunities and desired outcomes from Tasmanian Aboriginal people, local residents and local business owners. The draft concept is now available for review and feedback on the Draft Concept Plan web page.
