Concept design released for Freycinet Visitor Gateway

​A project to deliver a new gateway to the Freycinet National Park has reached a key milestone with the release of a preliminary site concept plan.

Members of the public are invited to view and provide feedback on the Freycinet Visitor Gateway concept plan and talk with staff involved with the project at several community information sessions.

What: Freycinet Visitor Gateway community information sessions.

Where: Coles Bay Community Hall, 60 Harold Street, Coles Bay.

When: Friday 30 May 2025, 12pm – 2pm; and 4pm – 7pm.
           Saturday 31 May 2025, 9am – 12pm.

The project aims to address traffic, congestion and parking issues within the national park, particularly during peak season, while maintaining protection of its unique natural and cultural values.
