Crown Land

Crown Land Services (CLS) facilitates the appropriate management, use and development of Crown land, including the licensing, leasing and sale of Crown properties.  Most land management functions undertaken by CLS are governed by the Crown Lands Act 1976 and the Crown Lands Regulations 2011.
