Travel via Deloraine or Sheffield. The Alum Cliffs track is reached, via a signed loop road, from road B12 between the townships of Mole Creek and Chudleigh. See map
facilities Closest facilities are located in Chudleigh and Mole Creek.
grade Level 2. Track is generally dry underfoot and has some gentle uphill sections

Enjoy a quiet country stroll to a forest lookout perched high above the Mersey River, as it flows beneath the Alum cliffs. Combine this walk with a visit to the Mole Creek caves.
